Throughout the semester, our MADT 216, intro to audio class, focused on learning the basic principles of sound design, recording, and mixing. We edited our projects on ProTools and recorded the audio with zoom recorders and condenser and dynamic microphones. All of the audio in this mix was recorded by myself except for the cricket ambiance, dog barks, phone noises, and background scores (those were from school servers). Because we got to choose our videos around October, I had to go with Scream. Also, yes, the over the phone male voice is mine but with a ton of effects on it (due to COVID, I didn't want to record with another person so I just did it myself. I'm not a huge fan of the final effect, but it works.) Overall, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and I got an A :)

This was a project completed in a cinematography class of mine. We were blindly given a script of a scene from a movie we hadn't seen before and were told to stage it how we wanted it to go. We were allowed a two-hour period to pick up our equipment from school, film it, and then return in to campus. This was a small group project so we all rotated on who was directing, on camera, sound, or lighting.
